Relax and Guided Meditation in Otranto with Organic Tea

From years of experience in meditation sessions - which intertwines ancient and modern wisdom - between East and West, from Buddhist practices to the knowledge of the ancient Mexican tradition. As a psychoeducator and transpersonal counselor, I guide people in a private space of listening, breathing, relaxation, and sincere human acceptance. The goal is to feel relaxed, to have gotten to know yourself a little better, to have spent time in harmony with nice and serene people.

2-hour holistic session with gentle breathing techniques, guided meditation, and a regenerating organic herbal tea. Various mindfulness and bioenergetic techniques are used (including breathing techniques and opening and releasing movements used in yoga). The meetings are designed for small groups or individuals to ensure a private environment. We speak in Italian, with clear and simple support in English or Spanish. It begins with a gentle introduction to grounding and mindful breathing techniques. Antonella will then guide you through a meditation focused on releasing tension, mental calm, and body perception awareness. After meditation, a moment of quiet and feedback (optional) is shared while tasting an organic herbal tea. The experience is suitable for everyone: beginners and experts. Generally the sessions are in a private home, hosted by the homeowner who has promoted these special experiences for about 30 years.
