    WAGYU AND 3 Japanese DISHES CLASS 1：Clay Pot Rice & Onigiri Making Learn how to make delicious Japanese-style broth (dashi) and cook authentic clay pot rice. Then, enjoy shaping rice balls (onigiri) with your favorite fillings. Experience the warmth and flavor of Japanese home cooking! ２：Wagyu Sukiyaki Let’s cook sukiyaki together using premium Japanese Wagyu beef and a healthy homemade broth. This recipe is easy to recreate at home and perfect for home parties. Enjoy the taste of Japan with a fun hands-on experience! ３：Japanese Rolled Omelet (Dashimaki Tamago) A fluffy, gently seasoned omelet made with savory dashi. It’s a healthy and authentic Japanese dish you can easily make again after returning home. ４：Hearty Miso Soup Learn how to make everyday miso soup that’s full of nutrients and flavor. Discover how to prepare simple yet delicious dashi and enjoy a comforting bowl of miso soup with plenty of fresh ingredients.
