Pick-up times according to location: Salt Lake City - 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM St. George - 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM Las Vegas - 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM Drop-off times according to location: Salt Lake City - 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM St. George - 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM Las Vegas - 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Pick-up or drop-off after hours will incur an additional charge *Our tour guides are based in Salt Lake City, so the differences in pick-up/drop-off times accounts for travel. If you require pick-up or drop-off in St. George or Las Vegas, please let us know when making your booking.

Salt Lake City Airport (SLC) Pick-up - Guests are requested to arrive at the airport before 09:00 AM. Later arrivals may require changes to the itinerary and additional fees.
At least two people are required to schedule a tour. If you’re a solo traveler, please contact us and we’ll help you join another group.
Booking early is highly recommended as availability is limited.
Children five years or younger may not be able to participate in all of the activities listed on the itinerary. If you have children who are five years or younger, please let us know so we can make adjustments.
If cancellation occurs 30 days prior to the start date of the tour, the cost of the tour will be rolled over into a credit that must be used within six months of the original tour date. Alternatively, we could refund 50% of the total tour cost back to the card. This credit can be used towards the cost of any tour offered by Nomad Unlimited Adventures. Salt Lake City Airport (SLC) Drop-off Information: For guests on domestic flights within the United States, we kindly request scheduling departure flights for after 8:00 PM. Guests on international flights are recommended to schedule departure flights for after 8:30 PM.
Due to the unforeseen circumstances such as road conditions or traffic, and in order to ensure a high-quality experience, we regret to inform you that we cannot assume responsibility for any losses incurred due to missed flights caused by trip delays. To err on the side of caution, we suggest considering scheduling departure flights for the following day.
