Escape the crowds: discover with me the real life, the intense flavors, the social rituals, and the culture of the province. Slowly. We'll discover an authentic "Masseria", and an ancient mill. You'll taste cheeses and delight in our powerful wines. You can enjoy a coffee at the bar like a true local, among the small streets of a medieval town rich in history. Lots of good, authentic food. Visits are reserved for groups of friends or families, and children are welcome!

   The tour includes a visit to a Masseria (authentic farmhouse) producing traditional cheeses, where you'll meet the family who runs it and their many animals.

   We'll visit an organic wheat mill, with antique, all-wood machinery. A true Italian farm, with the whole family at work.

   We'll stop at a bar to enjoy a real Italian coffee.

   A fantastic and rich wine tasting. The pleasure of listening to the locals who fill our delicious Primitivo wine with passion and life. And finally, we'll wander through the medieval town, rich in history and curiosities.
