Together, you will prepare a complete traditional menu using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Start by making delicious seasonal bruschettas before learning the time-honored techniques of fresh pasta making. Using the iconic Italian rolling pin, you'll prepare golden tagliatelle (or linguine) and discover the secrets of one of Romagna's most beloved stuffed pasta shapes: Cappelletti Romagnoli, carefully folded by hand. To end on a sweet note, you'll create Zuppa Inglese, one of the region's most treasured desserts, made with layers of liqueur-soaked sponge cake and velvety vanilla and chocolate custard.
