Itinerary

We will provide you with a refrigerator with ice and water for your trip. Once on board, you can connect the Bluetooth to play your own music and decide with the captain what you would like to do. Options include touring the bay for sightseeing or simply stopping on an island to enjoy the water. Then, just relax on this beautiful boat. We always recommend that you bring your own alcoholic beverages and ready food. Some recommendations are sushi or cold foods. You can also choose to call a catering company to have everything shipped to our location before the start time. Please note that we work on a tight schedule, so the boat must set sail at the start time and charters must end at the scheduled time, unless an extension is allowed for an additional fee. The captain's fee is not included in the price and must be paid directly to the captain, preferably in cash. The selection process of captain signing the contract and Boating Safety ID (if needed) must be done before the trip via online.

Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
The person who presented their ID on the reservation must necessarily go on the trip, if they do not show up, the trip will not take place.
Food and drinks are allowed on the trip.
Delay policy : The master of the ship will assess whether waiting is feasible without interrupting operations. The decision is at the sole discretion of the captain.
The licensed captain decides if it is safe to go out (unsafe = thunderstorm, strong wind, or Small Craft Advisory).
If the captain determines it is safe and the client decides not to go, it will be considered a no-show.
Weather: the boats are covered, so light rain or clouds do not cancel the trip.
Consequence of No-Show : Significant delays may be treated as a "no-show", resulting in cancellation of the trip without refund, especially if the delay affects the duration, security or logistics.
Customers must arrive at the marina at the scheduled time, unless the company confirms the cancellation in writing.
If the conditions are doubtful, we will wait up to 20 minutes after the start time for the weather to improve.
Service start time: The duration of the service is counted from the booked time, not from the client's arrival time.
We do not accept cancellations or rescheduling on the day of travel, except in cases of bad weather.
We do not depend on forecasts or the weather of other cities; only the conditions at the marina at the time of departure count.
If the captain cancels due to unsafe weather, a new date or a full refund will be offered.
Key recommendation: Arrive 15 minutes before the reserved departure time to avoid problems.
