After booking, travelers will receive confirmation and contact details. For airport arrivals, the driver will monitor the flight and wait at the arrival hall with a name sign (Meet & Greet service). The driver will assist with luggage and escort travelers to the vehicle. Travelers will then be transferred directly to their hotel or accommodation in Tokyo in a comfortable private vehicle. For hotel pickups, the driver will meet travelers at the hotel entrance at the scheduled time and transfer them to Narita International Airport.
