Overview

From the port of Salerno by regular ferry, you will have the opportunity to admire one by one the coastal villages, you will reach Positano, one of the most enchanting and picturesque seaside villages in Italy. Positano is also known as "the vertical village” because it climbs imperviously along the rugged slope typical of the Amalfi coast. Together with the tour leader, you will reach the first small square, where stands the striking Cathedral with its yellow dome. Free time at leisure to admire the stunning “Black Madonna”, the workshops of the artisans who make the famous sandals by hand and the famous "Positano fashion" with its lace and linen dresses. After a stop of 2 hours and 30 minutes, we embark to Amalfi. In Amalfi, free time to visit the splendid monumental complex of S. Andrea, already visible from the sea with its marvellous mosaics. You can walk through suggestive lanes, shopping, or visiting the interesting paper museum. Stop in Amalfi of about 2 hours 15.

    Positano

    3 hours

    We depart from Salerno at 9:40 a.m. and arrive in Positano at 10:55 a.m. after enjoying the beautiful coastline from the sea; guided tour, free time for shopping, and lunch on your own.

    Amalfi

    We depart from Positano at 1:30 p.m. and arrive in Amalfi at 2:00 p.m. There will be a guided tour of the town, followed by free time to visit the cathedral and relax in the elegant main square.

    Finally, we’ll depart at 4:15 p.m. and arrive back in Salerno at 4:55 p.m., where we’ll explore its historic monuments and buildings, hearing anecdotes and stories about daily life both past and present.
