Visit Jigokudani Snow Monkey Park and see wild Japanese macaques in their natural mountain setting. Guests will walk along the forest trail to the park and spend time observing the monkeys around the hot spring area.

For guests staying in Shibu Onsen, Yudanaka Onsen, or nearby Yamanouchi areas where direct hotel pickup is not possible, please meet at Yudanaka Station.

This meeting point is convenient for guests arriving by Shinkansen (bullet train) from Tokyo or other cities, as well as for those staying near Nagano Station. If your accommodation in Nagano City has restricted vehicle access, please meet us here.

The guide will meet guests at their hotel lobby or a nearby accessible pickup point at the designated time. Upon arrival, we will send a message via WhatsApp or the guest’s preferred contact method to ensure a smooth pick-up.
