Private Group Breathwork Experience in Lake Tahoe

This Lake Tahoe breathwork experience offers a rare way to gather — slowing down together in a place known for its natural power and beauty. Designed for private groups, each journey is intentionally shaped around your people, your energy, and the reason you’re coming together. The combination of breath, shared rhythm, and Tahoe’s grounding landscape creates a sense of connection that’s hard to replicate elsewhere. It’s both expansive and intimate — equal parts personal insight and collective presence. Whether you’re celebrating, reconnecting, or simply looking for something meaningful to share, this experience leaves groups feeling more connected, refreshed, and deeply rooted in the moment

This private group breathwork journey is a curated 2.5-hour experience designed to bring people closer — to themselves, to each other, and to the grounding beauty of Lake Tahoe. Perfect for families, friend groups, bachelor or bachelorette weekends, retreats, or intentional gatherings, this session blends conscious connected breathwork with the calming influence of nature and shared presence. We begin by settling into the space, setting intentions, and gently grounding the nervous system. A guided meditation prepares the body and mind before moving into a powerful one-hour breathwork journey, supported by curated music and trauma-informed guidance. Breathing together creates a unique sense of connection — personal insight held within a collective experience. We close with spacious integration, curated herbal tea, and optional sharing, allowing the experience to land gently. Every detail is tailored to your group. Expect clarity, grounding, connection, and a memorable experience rooted in breath, nature, and togetherness.
