Yoga and Meditation by Boat in Portofino with a holistic experience between sea and mind. Immerse yourself in a unique sensory journey, where the sea blends with inner tranquility. Aboard a boat masterfully conducted by the captain, a yoga expert will guide a meditation session that will take you away from everyday stress, leading you towards psychophysical well-being. In an intimate and private setting, for 1 to 4 people, the experience is designed to regenerate body and mind through deep breathing techniques, which help relax the mind and regain balance. The session will be enriched by sound baths with Tibetan bells in front of Portofino, capable of creating deep vibrations that amplify relaxation and give a feeling of absolute peace. Everything will take place immersed in a breathtaking landscape, where the sound of the waves and the beauty of nature will be the perfect setting. The experience will be completed by a moment of culinary pleasure: in the morning, a refreshing breakfast with fresh produce, or in the evening, a refreshing aperitif with local specialties, to be enjoyed while the sun illuminates the sea or dives behind the horizon.
