If you want to visit it we recommend a boat tour lasting more than 4 hours. The ticket is not included in the price.

   Built in the 17th century, the villa owes its name to Princess Charlotte of Saxe-Meiningen, who purchased it in 1843 and transformed it into a highly prestigious residence. In addition to the elegant interiors full of works of art and fine furnishings, Villa Carlotta also boasts splendid botanical gardens which are home to an extraordinary variety of exotic and rare plants. Visitors can stroll among the flower beds, admire the fountains and sculptures, and enjoy spectacular views of the lake and surrounding mountains.
