And with your Sicilian dad, a great local pastry chef, you will create the famous Cannoli, discovering the secrets to prepare the crispy waffle and the irresistible cream. You will also learn how to make "Angel Wings", typical Sicilian sweets known as "Chiacchiere", perfect for Carnival. And then everyone at the table, facing the Mediterranean Sea, to enjoy your creations accompanied by a Limoncello tasting. A unique and unforgettable experience that will make you discover the true essence of Sicily.

Meeting with Chef Mimmo at "Ahoy Bistrò Siciliano" in Giardini Naxos facing the sea and the Bay of Naxos and Taormina. Together, you will prepare the dough for the Pizza and, while rising, you will have fun creating the delicious "Bruschette" typical of the tradition. Then, with his Sicilian father, a great local pastry chef, you will learn the art of preparing Cannolo, the sweet symbol of Sicily. You will learn how to prepare the crispy waffle, kneading with your hands and frying the dough in the particular shape, and learn the secret of the typical cream to fill the cannoli. When the pizza dough is risen, roll out the dough, choose the toppings and bake the pizzas in the oven. And finally, the pastry chef will teach you how to make the typical "Angel Wings" cookies (or "Chiacchiere" in Sicilian), perfect for the Carnival period. And then... the grand finale! Everyone at the table with the breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea, enjoying your creations of Sicilian Pizza and Cannolo with a glass of Limoncello.
