Overview

The Pickle Pub Crawl isn't your typical pub crawl — you’ll travel between some of Victoria’s favourite waterfront pubs and restaurants aboard the city’s iconic little Harbour Ferries. Over three fun-filled hours, enjoy two Harbour Ferry rides, four pub and restaurant stops, waterfront views, local drinks available for purchase, and plenty of laughs with your Hidden Victoria guide. This is a pub crawl and sightseeing experience, not a food tour. Complimentary pub-style appetizers are provided at participating stops with the purchase of a drink, but the food is intended to complement the pub crawl rather than provide a full meal. Come with friends or come on your own. With a maximum of 11 guests, it’s an easy way to meet other travellers while experiencing Victoria’s Inner Harbour from both land and water. Perfect for visitors, locals, birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and anyone looking for a completely different way to experience Victoria.

What's included

  • Complimentary pub-style appetizers with drink purchases
  • Fun and knowledgeable local Hidden Victoria guide
  • 2 harbour ferry hops
  • Four pub and restaurant stops
  • Guide Gratuities
  • Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks — drinks are purchased separately at each stop
  • Additional food beyond the included shared appetizers

Itinerary

  1. 1

    40 min

Meet your guide and fellow pub crawlers at 10 Acres Commons. Grab your first drink, enjoy a shared pub-style appetizer and get to know the group before heading toward the harbour.

  2. 2

    Fisherman's Wharf

    40 min

Hop aboard one of Victoria's iconic Harbour Ferries and cruise across the Inner Harbour to colourful Fisherman's Wharf. Enjoy another waterfront pub stop, grab a drink and take in one of Victoria's most unique neighbourhoods. *Not open during winter season

  3. 3

    Bastion Square

    40 min

Climb aboard the Harbour Ferry for your second boat ride and see Victoria from the water as you make your way back across the harbour. Continue to another local pub or restaurant for drinks, a shared appetizer and more fun with the group.

  4. 4

    Victoria’s Chinatown National Historic Site

    1 hour

Finish the crawl near Canada's oldest Chinatown at one of Victoria's best-known local pubs. Settle in for your final drink and shared appetizer. Your guide will get everyone comfortably seated before wrapping up the guided portion of the experience. The tour ends at Swan's Pub, 1601 Store Street, a short walk from Victoria's Inner Harbour.

Meeting and pickup
