   Tour meets at Water St. & Washington St. Photographer will be there 15 minutes prior to the tour start time. This is a very popular place and there is always a crowd. That is why I chose it as a starting point. The earlier in the morning, the fewer people there are. Nestled in DUMBO, Brooklyn, this location offers an iconic view of the Manhattan Bridge framed perfectly against the city skyline.
