Continue to the nearby village of Vizitsa, renowned for its elegant archontika (traditional mansions) and harmonious architectural style. During your visit, enjoy a tasting of local honey and traditional Pelion products, offering an authentic introduction to the region’s culinary heritage. The tour concludes in Milies, one of Pelion’s most historic villages, nestled among chestnut and olive trees. Discover its rich cultural past with visits to the Church of Taxiarches, dating back to 1741, and the local folklore museum. You will have free time in Milies to explore at your own pace.    Pause at the picturesque starting point of the legendary Pelion steam train (Moutzouris). Admire the historic station and enjoy a brief photo stop while learning about the region’s unique railway history, an important part of Pelion’s cultural heritage.

   Milies

   Explore one of Pelion’s most historic and vibrant villages, set among lush chestnut and olive groves. Visit the quaint station of the famous Pelion steam train, browse small local shops, or relax in the shaded village square with a coffee or refreshment. This stop offers a perfect balance of guided insight and leisure time.
