Pasta Making Class in the Countryside of Arezzo

Learn the art of pasta making in a charming farmhouse just outside Arezzo. Under the guidance of Francesco, a passionate chef whose family has cultivated local culinary traditions for generations, you’ll master the techniques of creating fresh pasta from scratch. The class takes place in a welcoming, family-run organic farm, where many of the ingredients you’ll use—such as extra virgin olive oil and seasonal produce—are grown and produced onsite. Discover the secrets behind local dishes like pici and ravioli, following recipes that have been passed down through Francesco’s family and are deeply rooted in the traditions of the terroir. The experience is highly interactive, fun, and suitable for everyone, from beginners to food lovers. Enjoy a true taste of Tuscany as you share a meal featuring your handmade creations, accompanied by fine local wines, and leave with the confidence to recreate everything at home independently.

We will prepare together three courses from scratch! Two types of pasta and a dessert: you can learn the techniques and secrets of homemade pasta. At the end we will taste the meal together with a good wine.
