Paso Robles Aria (Syrah Dominant) Flight Wine Tasting

At Al Lago Winery, we’re proud to collaborate with world-renowned winemaker Guillaume Fabre, whose passion and expertise shape every bottle we produce. Guillaume’s meticulous approach, paired with our uncompromising quality standards, ensures that each wine we offer exceeds expectations. This partnership reflects our deep commitment to craftsmanship, elegance, and the art of winemaking at its highest level.

We will be trying older vintages of our Syrah dominate Aria line. We will be tasting 2018, 2019 and 2020 vintages throughout your flight. The 2018 and 2020 are 100% Syrah, while the 2019 is 92% Syrah 8% Sangiovese.
