You will have the opportunity to see the full process of how the experts make the famous cheese. Before leaving the factory, you will enjoy a glass of wine with Parmigiano Reggiano. The tour continues to Parma Ham’s factory. The process starts with the arrival of the fresh pork legs then the experts will proceed with salting, resting, washing, drying, curing, greasing and branding.
