Our friendly, professional mountain guide will walk with you through the city’s highlights whilst helping you to spot dramatic scenes that many visitors miss. We will start our hike by climbing up Mount Lycabettus, also known as Lycabettos Hill. Standing 277 meters above sea level, Lycabettus Hill is the highest point of Athens. From the top (weather permitting) you can see as far afield as Aegina island! After all, the myth says that the hill was created by the Goddess of wisdom Athena.
