Itinerary

Explore a full-day jungle trekking route with round-trip transfers from Pai to the Soppong area in Pang Mapha, beginning at an authentic Black Lahu Village set deep in a narrow valley. This functioning hill-tribe community offers a glimpse into real local life before the trail leads into the jungle with a licensed guide. The trek climbs through bamboo forests, rocky paths, and stream crossings. Along the way, you’ll reach a hidden limestone cave before continuing toward the Khong River, where a simple suspension bridge connects parts of the route. Keep an eye out for wild gibbons sometimes seen in the forest, though sightings are not guaranteed. Midway, stop for lunch and fresh fruits in a shaded forest area before following the riverbank through open views and dense vegetation. Reward yourself at Suza Waterfall, where you can swim, cool off, or rest beside the water before heading back. After approximately 12 km of trekking, return to Pai with hotel drop-off in the early evening, completing a full-day route that combines local life, jungle terrain, river scenery, and a rewarding waterfall stop.
