   Isshin-ji Temple

   Buddhist Temple started in the Meiji era. Ashes of human remains are used to create their statues. The annual burial ceremony on 21 April brings in tens of thousands of worshippers. The head priest was an architect, and designed the unique entry, etc.

   Hozen-ji Temple

   A quiet, 17th-century Buddhist sanctuary hidden right in the bustling Namba and Dotonbori district of Osaka. It is famous for its moss-covered statue of Fudo Myo-o (Mizukake Fudo), where visitors splash water on the statue to pray for luck and wishes.
