Osaka: 2-Day Private Kumano Kodo & Coast Tour

Day 1 pickup is from a confirmed hotel or address within Osaka city. Day 1 drop-off and Day 2 pickup are at your independently booked hotel in Kii-Katsuura. Shingu overnight stays require advance approval. Day 2 ends at a confirmed Osaka city address. This is two days of private sightseeing transportation, up to 10 hours per day, not 48 hours of continuous vehicle availability. At least 24 hours before departure, please provide your hotel names and full addresses, both pickup times, passenger count, luggage quantities and sizes, phone number or WhatsApp contact, child-seat requests, and any itinerary changes. Please meet your driver at the hotel lobby or the confirmed pickup point. Parking restrictions may require a nearby designated meeting location. Free waiting time is 30 minutes from the scheduled hotel pickup time on each day. Additional waiting and overtime: JPY 5,000/hour for vehicles with up to 14 seats; JPY 10,000/hour for Coaster and full-size coaches. A night-service surcharge of JPY 2,000 per affected service applies between 22:00 and 07:00. Vehicle capacity: Alphard, up to 6 guests and four 28-inch suitcases; 9-guest Hiace, up to fifteen 28-inch suitcases; 13-guest Hiace, carry-on luggage only when fully occupied; 17-guest Coaster, up to fifteen 28-inch suitcases. Please confirm luggage sizes in advance. Excess passengers or luggage may require a paid upgrade or additional vehicle. Additional stops, pickups outside Osaka city, alternative overnight destinations, and route extensions require advance confirmation and may incur additional charges.
