Open apnea course

This activity is a great way to get in touch with the underwater world. You will begin to know your body and new sensations that only apnea can give you.

The Apnea Course is divided into three days, where there will be a part of theory and practice. We will talk about the most adequate breathing technique, compensation technique, immersion technique and how to dive safely.

• Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
• Public transportation options are available nearby
• Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
• Not recommended for pregnant travelers
• Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
