Later on, you will experience grinding, knowing the texture and aroma of freshly ground cocoa. Then the most fun part will come: create your own Oaxacan style chocolate, molding it and giving it your special touch. Finally, you will prepare a delicious traditional chocolate drink and enjoy the taste of your own creation.
