Here you will learn about the history of the region from pre-Hispanic times to the present day and you will see archaeological treasures, including prominent pieces such as the objects of Tomb 7 of Monte Alban.    This colorful market has more than 200 years of history. On your tour you can taste classic Oaxaca flavors such as chapulines, moles, mezcal, traditional sweets and much more. It is also an ideal opportunity to buy artisan souvenirs.

   We end up in the famous “smoke aisle”, a corridor full of grills where Oaxacan style roast meats are cooked. Here you can taste authentic local food (on behalf of the client) and feel the unique atmosphere of this traditional market.
