1. Before Your Flight We will contact you to confirm your flight details, number of passengers, luggage, and drop-off location. 2. Meet Your Driver For Terminals 1 and 2, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals lobby, holding a sign with your name on it. If you arrive at Terminal 3, please proceed to the arrivals lobby at Terminal 2. One hour of waiting time from the agreed pickup time is included. The waiting period is calculated from the agreed pickup time, even if your flight arrival time changes. Additional waiting time is charged at JPY 11,000 per hour. 3. Travel to Your Destination You will travel directly to your confirmed accommodation or address in a spacious, air-conditioned private van.
