   This old path adjacent to the samurai residence street is surrounded by beautiful bamboo forests that have remained almost unchanged since the Edo period. The main hall of the temple is majestic, and the splendid carvings in the inner sanctuary are a highlight of the temple. Nearby is the vast Naritasan Park, where visitors can enjoy the seasonal beauty of the area. The Niomon Gate and the three-story pagoda, both designated as important cultural properties, are also must-sees. Along the approach to the temple, there is a historic shopping street where visitors can enjoy local specialties after visiting the temple.
