Walk, Reflect & Reconnect: A Guided Nature Experience near Lisbon Experience overview Step away from the busy streets of Lisbon and spend a few hours walking, talking and reflecting in nature. This is a gentle guided walking experience designed to give you time and space away from everyday routines. We walk through a beautiful natural landscape, with plenty of time to pause, notice our surroundings and explore whatever thoughts or conversations naturally emerge along the way. There is no pressure to talk, share personal information or achieve anything. You can simply enjoy the walk, the landscape and some time away from the noise of everyday life. Your guide is an experienced hiking leader and teacher with professional training in counselling and social work, as well as many years of working with people and groups. The experience combines walking, nature, conversation and simple guided reflection. It is not therapy or counselling, but an opportunity to slow down, get some perspective and reconnect with yourself and your surroundings.
