Mexico City Urban Garden Harvest and Cooking Class

You will be visiting a beautiful hidden urban garden where you will learn about how the vegetables and edible flowers are grown there, then you will harvest the ingredients to use in the cooking class. The cooking class will be teached by a professional cook fluent in english and spanish and it will take place at Naan (restaurant), you will have the entire space for yourselves and be provided all the necessary utensils and extra ingredients needed. You will cook 3 recipes, one for an appetizer or soup, one main dish and one dessert. Vegans and food allergies that are disclosed at the moment of booking can be accommodated. At the end of the class you will sit down and enjoy the delicious dishes that you prepared. Because of the logistics involved, this experience is only available certain Sundays of each month. If you have a big group that it is interested in this experience in another day of the week, please get in touch with us and we will try to make it happen!

From the meeting point we will go to Fabrica de Huertos just 10 min away, where we will have a visit at the urban garden and a harvesting activity to gather ingredients for the cooking class(around 45 min) After that we will be going back to Naan, our meeting point, there we will have our cooking class where we will cook 3 recipes (around 3 hours) Finally we will seat at the table to share the dishes that we cooked (around 30 min)
