Meditation Retreat and Self-Care in Nature

1. we will learn how to practice mindful walking and guided sitting meditation amongst nature. 2. Then we will practice yoga or gentle stretches. Yoga practice will be adapted to practitioners. After that we will have a cup of tea or coffee in a beautiful garden.
