Culinary Experience: Guests are treated to a multi-course Thai dinner, with options ranging from traditional dishes to modern interpretations. The menu includes items like scallop ceviche with lemongrass, blue swimming crab in galangal coconut broth, char-grilled river prawns, and mango sticky rice with pea-infused sticky rice. Each cruise lasts approximately 2 hours and includes pre canapes and a 4 course meal onboard.
