Local farmers have dug over 200 small canals to irrigate their lands and facilitate transportation to neighboring markets. The Floating Market, bustling from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. daily, sees hundreds of vendors and buyers exchanging goods from their small rowing boats. The market specializes in locally grown food, fruits, and vegetables.
