Come with us and visit an unique space dedicated to Madeira’s traditional sugar cane honey cake, where you can explore its history, flavours and heritage through an interactive experience. We visit the confeitaria Felisberta, a recovered old bakery that reopened on 2026, where you can learn about the history of sugar cane in Madeira, the creation of the sugar cane honey cake "Bolo de Mel" and the recipe, and explore with the help of interactive pannels and items the truth behind our traditions. At the end you would be able to bring a souvenier from your experience
