On Sundays, this visit is replaced by the Musée du Calisson at Confiserie du Roy René, near Aix-en-Provence. Discover the history of the Calisson d’Aix through an immersive exhibition dedicated to almond orchards, confectionery, and artisanal know-how. You will also have free time to explore the boutique and, if you wish, purchase local sweets.
