Lion's Head hike for Morning

Lion's Head hike is a tour which we recommend to those looking for the best scenic views of Cape Town. The aerial views on Lion's Head are better than those you get while hiking Table Mountain or on other routes. While this hike is the easiest of the Cape Town treks because of the short duration it takes to submit the mountain, a guide is still advised because we would like to share our expert knowledge of the trail with you on a 3 hour hike which takes you from your hotel or accommodation in Cape Town and gets you to the highest point above Lion's Head which is approximately 669 meters above sea level.

Enjoy a complimentary hotel pickup and transfer from your centrally located Cape Town accommodations to the Lion's Head hike. Before hiking, take part in a short safety briefing. Then, you’ll be ready for your 4-hour scenic hike over Cape Town. Departing from the Lion's Head trail, you'll first head to Lion's Head summit to take in the stunning views over Cape Town. After exploring the view over Cape Town, head back toward the starting point. While on the hike, look to take photographs. Other sights during the Lion's Head hike include South African nature. With a live English Speaking guide, get to know the best places on Lion's Head as you enjoy the incredible views. Your professional guide will provide expert commentary along the way. After the completion of your hike, enjoy the worry-free transfer in a courtesy vehicle back to your hotel in Cape Town.
