If you are tired of the city center, the best way to live a local experience is through food! we are in a quiet and wonderful countryside on the hills of Bologna, the company will give you the opportunity to carry out traditional Bolognese cooking lessons, together with a qualified chef, having fun and meeting new people from all over the world!!

The activity takes place 15 km from the city center of Bologna, in an organic farm, you will prepare the dishes of traditional Bolognese cuisine. We will prepare the traditional dishes by mixing eggs and flour, pulled by hand, seasoned with traditional sauces, prepared by us, once the preparation is finished you will taste what is prepared in the garden or inside our house. You will also prepare a traditional dessert that you will take home; We organize seasonal courses and based on these, we decide together what to prepare and learn during the cooking class. The activity starts at 2.30 pm, when we will meet in the city center, in via Santo Stefano 14, we will take you to the Bolognese hills 15 km from Bologna, and the activity will end at about 6 pm, after you will taste the dishes prepared until 7.30 pm, time when we will take you back to the city center.
