During the experience, you’ll sample a variety of ume syrups and select from over 100 possible combinations to handcraft your own umeshu (Japanese plum liqueur) or non-alcoholic ume syrup. The workshop is conducted in English for international visitors, with Chinese and Japanese guidebooks also available to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.
