   In this village, you’ll visit the Aurora River Camp, a cozy and authentic setting by the river. Here we’ll prepare local meats over an open fire inside a traditional Sámi tent (lavvu), creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As you enjoy the meal, your guide will share stories about the Sámi people, their culture, and the rich history of Lapland. You’ll learn about life in the Arctic, traditions that have been passed down for generations, and the deep connection the Sámi have with nature.

   After this wonderful dinner, we’ll head out on an exciting adventure in search of the Northern Lights. To give you the best chance of witnessing the Aurora Borealis, we’ll drive to different viewing spots around Kiruna, following clear skies and the best conditions. Each outing is unique—you never know what surprises the Arctic night will bring, which makes the experience all the more unforgettable.
