Introduction by the Working Chef: Learn from an experienced chef who will guide you through the cooking process. Ingredients Explained: Gain an understanding of the traditional Khmer ingredients you'll be working with, including their significance in the cuisine. Health and Safety Procedures: Follow essential health and safety guidelines to ensure a smooth and safe cooking experience. Personal Work Station Setup: Each student will have their own work station equipped with all necessary tools and ingredients. Step-by-Step Instructions: Enjoy easy-to-follow, step-by-step guidance to help you master each dish. Hands-On Cooking: Prepare traditional Khmer dishes under the expert supervision of the chef. Discussion and Tasting: After each dish, gather to discuss the flavors and techniques, and savor your culinary creations. Completion of the Class: Conclude the session with a sense of accomplishment, having created delicious Khmer dishes and together enjoy tasting all the created dishes.
