Itinerary

At the beloved sake bar in Kamakura locales, you can learn how to make rice balls or ONIGIRI and enjoy them with three different sakes. Onigiri is now one of the most renowned Japanese foods worldwide. Very humble, but it is a soul food for Japanese people. Onigiri made with freshly cooked rice, and wrapped with a crispy nori seaweed is nothing but delicious. Naturally, it goes very well with sake because it is also made from rice. Many regional sakes from all over Japan are available. If you are interested in making roll sushi, we'll teach you super easy yet delicious and instagenic way. Please let us know that you want make roll sushi, instead of onigiri when you book. "Neta" or sushi toppings are fresh raw fish and vegetables. ・Small group activity ・You can learn about Japanese food culture before or after seeing temples and Great Buddha statues in Kamakura ・You can ask us about must-see/must-eat/must-go places in and around Kamakura. ・You can drink more sake with additional payment if you wish.
