Overview

Fukuoka is known for its large selection of famous, delicious food like Hakata ramen and gyoza and also boasts the largest number of street stalls in the world! Exploring Hakata itself and its numerous stalls is a dream for the avid food tourist. When eating at a yatai street food stall, it is good manners and expected that you talk to the chef as well as the other guests. Navigating the overwhelming amount of food spots can be daunting.
