Overview
The Homemade Pasta class is a group lesson where you will be learning how to make a fresh egg pasta and fresh water pasta, three sauces, and dessert. You will learn the secrets of making excellent Italian fresh pasta, a staple in Italian culture. At the end, you will enjoy the authentic dishes you created, accompanied by a Tuscan wine in the Florentine style wine cellar, dating back to 1300- 1400.

Itinerary
This class Is great for those who want to learn from an Italian Chef the secrets of fresh pasta making. Lessons are held in English, Spanish, and Italian directly by the Chef. Classes are scheduled on: In this unique experience, you will work in a fully equipped kitchen with professional appliances and in the company of an expert Chef, you will learn how to prepare two fresh pasta, three sauces, and a dessert. This course is followed by a lunch of the prepared dishes in our wine cellar. The lesson duration is approximately 3 hours including the lunch. Menù: - Spaghetti Chitarra With Tomato Sauce/ Papardelle with Funghi Sauce - Tortelli with Ragù Sauce / Gnocchi with Mediterranea Sauce - Gnocchetti with Pesto Sauce / Spinach Ravioli with Butter and Sage Sauce - Panna Cotta Note: the menu is subject to change.

It is easily accessible by public transportation: ATAF Bus N°11, D, 6, C3 By car: Parking can be found at Porta Romana, and the school can be reached by foot or by bus N° C3, D getting off at the Palazzo Pitti stop.
