After exploring the area and walking a short traditional path, we continue through scenic farmland toward the Tomb of Homer, perched in a quiet, panoramic location in northern Ios. According to tradition, this is where the legendary poet found his final resting place. As we ride along country roads, surrounded by olive trees and fig groves, your guide will bring history to life with personal stories and local legends passed down through generations.    After a short downhill to the port, we will visit the archailogical site of Skarkos, where we will talk about history, nature and paths

   We are going to visit the so called Homer's tomb at Plakotos and discuss about the history and the legend
