Then 1900, The French built another one by Steel Bridge name: Trang Tien with the cooperation with the company built Eiffel Tower in Paris ( Levalllois Perrret La Societe Constructions Levallois). Another name is Cloudy Bridge because its shapes looks like Cloud on the Sky.
