For the 9.00 a.m. round, pickup is between 08:30–08:45 a.m. For the 12.30 p.m. round, pickup is between 12:00–12:15 p.m. For the 3.00 p.m. round, pickup is between 02:30–02:45 p.m. The tour operator will confirm the exact pick-up time via email. Please don't forget to recheck your email. Please plan to meet the driver in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled. You may be considered a no-show if you arrive more than 10 minutes late or after the car has moved on from your hotel.

The child must be 4 years and above and supervised by parents/guardians, tour guides/instructors, or tour operators. They will not be allowed to drive.
Drivers have to be in good physical and mental ability to ensure safety. Drivers must be at least 15 years old.
During the tour, strictly follow the tour guide/instructor. The tour operator has the authority to stop any risky riding or unpleasant mannerisms with no refund.
In order to use the zipline, the participants should be in good physical health and free of any limitations that could affect their safe use of the equipment.
Please wear comfortable shoes. Flip-flops are not allowed. Sandals with straps are acceptable. Wear clothing that is comfortable and suitable for physical activities.
Please leave your valuable belongings at your hotel, we will not take responsibility for any loss or damage.
