On the day of your arrival, the driver will endeavour to contact you by telephone or via WhatsApp to ensure a seamless pick-up experience. Should contact not be established, the driver will proceed to the arrivals terminal 45 minutes after your aircraft has landed, allowing sufficient time for passport control and baggage collection. The driver will assist with your luggage, escort you to the vehicle, ensure your comfort, and transport you safely to Southampton Hotel or Cruise Port (depending on which option you choose).
