Discover the Joy of traditional Tuscan pasta Making in the Heart of Lucca! Step into a fun, hands-on cooking class set in the charming town of Lucca, and learn the secrets behind fresh Italian pasta from scratch. * Make Pasta: You’ll prepare two traditional types: Spaghetti alla chitarra or tagliatelle, and ravioli filled with fresh ricotta—all made using locally sourced ingredients straight from nearby farms (100% local and sustainable) * Make Gelato: To sweeten the experience, you'll also learn how to make creamy, authentic Italian gelato using seasonal flavors. * Enjoy a shared meal: After the cooking, we’ll sit down together to share the meal—an unforgettable celebration of Tuscan taste and tradition. This class is offered as part of THE LOCALS' TABLE project, which celebrates Tuscany's delicious food products through exciting experiential activities. Are you ready to join the fun?
