Hands On Cooking Class at Findlay Market with Tablespoon

Great food, good company, and real cooking. We offer a fully hands-on experience where you cook a complete menu from scratch and have a great time doing it. Stations are set up for pairs, fully stocked with everything you need, and you'll work through each dish with hands-on guidance from your instructor and staff. We're located steps from Findlay Market, Cincinnati's iconic, century-old public market, so the energy and character of the city are built right into the experience. Classes are small, social, and built around seasonal menus that change throughout the year, so there's always something new to explore.

Experience a hands-on cooking school at Cincinnati's historic Findlay Market. This is a fully hands-on class. You'll cook every dish yourself, not watch from the sidelines. When you arrive, you'll be greeted by the staff, shown to your seat in the dining room, and offered a beverage and a small snack before things get started. Your instructor will kick off with a short introduction, then you'll head to your cooking station where all the tools, equipment, and ingredients are ready to go. Stations are designed for two, and you'll cook through a complete menu alongside your instructor, with the staff on hand to help every step of the way. Every class is built around a theme, so whether you're mastering pasta, exploring global flavors, or diving into a seasonal menu, there's always something new to cook and learn. The atmosphere is warm and social, and you'll have plenty of time to chat with the people cooking around you. When the cooking wraps up, head back to the dining room and enjoy everything you made. Each station prepares and eats their own food, so what you make is yours. All skill levels are welcome. Just bring your appetite.
