You will focus on two pillars of Tuscan tradition: making fresh pasta from scratch and preparing an authentic tiramisu. The experience concludes with a full lunch featuring the dishes you prepared, complemented by a professional wine tasting of our Chianti Classico labels. You will also taste our extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar, learning how we pair our estate products with traditional food.
